- Media and Device Data: Optional photos, mood selfies, or audio you attach to entries, access to notifications, and use of device features as you enable them.
- Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the App, such as mood check-ins, meditation sessions, journaling frequency, app features used, and preferences.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, language, and other technical data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain core features, including journaling, mood tracking, AI-powered suggestions, meditation, and analytics.
- To personalize your wellness experience and improve our services (e.g., generating insights or reminders based on your trends).

- To manage subscriptions and in‑app purchases (if applicable).

Calmatte may request access to certain device features to enable functionality you choose to use:
- Camera and Photos: To add mood selfies or journal images.
- Notifications: To send reminders or encourage daily wellness check-ins (optional, with your consent).
- Health or Fitness Data (optional): With your explicit permission, to provide wellness insights.
You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove the data.
7. Your Choices
- You may update or delete your account information at any time through the App’s settings.
- You can manage device permissions (e.g., Camera, Photos, Notifications, Health Data) in your device’s Settings.

The App may contain links to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
